Sad days indeed :(( After being loyal customers for 9 years it's so hard to see them close. I'm sure with their new restaurant on the west side they were just overextended. Bummer

I met a few people here for brunch and really enjoyed my meal. Parking was easy and convenient. I ordered the honey lavender latte and a tortilla Espanola. Perfect portion size and delicious. The side salad was really tasty as well. I am not often in this area, but I wouldn't hesitate to return again.

There is a convenient parking lot in the back for all guests! The hostess and server were so incredibly kind and made the entire experience so nice. I had the omelette and was so impressed with the toast that came with it. The sourdough had such a nice crunch and had some olive oil drizzled on it. It paired with the omelette perfectly. The fresh veggies inside the omelette included bell peppers, snap peas, purple cauliflower, and spinach. Everything was so good! This cafe closes early at 2, but was such a great place to meet friends that we accidentally stayed until 3. The staff were more than kind to let us catch up and they worked around us as they cleaned up. Time really flew by!

Heard about this place from some friends regarding paella night. Third Friday and Saturday of the month. Reservation recommended as it was pretty packed when we arrived and before even getting seated. It's a set menu with a few paella options, seafood, meat and vegetarian. As well as other tapas items that can be added to your meal. Not just that, they also have a very nice wine selection. I believe it's meant for group of two, as you both get the first course of roast beef gazpacho and empanadas. The salad and then a choice if paella and finished off with dessert. Food was amazing, but paella does take some time to make so they have you order it once you make your decision. Service was great, everyone was so friendly. Each of the items brought out was amazing and the flavors were great. Would definitely be back and will be bringing others with us. Not only that, they also have brunch.

Cute motoring-themed Spanish brunch/lunch restaurant. Love finding unique places that aren't just your typical brunch spots. I had the Tortilla Espanola which came with a well balanced salad (pickled onions, pumpkins seeds, cucumbers and a balsamic vinaigrette). Also had a side of the jamon a la plancha, thinkly sliced ham and fried almost like bacon. which added a nice saltiness to my meal. We also ordered the French toast which came with plum jam and a crunchy almond topping. Waitress was very friendly and helpful. Another great find if you're in the area.

My Dad and I had an absolutely delicious lunch at GASOLINA yesterday. We arrived at 1pm and there were plenty of tables available. The interior of the cafe is so cute and well designed. I had a hard time deciding what to order, but eventually settled on the Moorish Chicken Sandwich with Patatas and the Skillet Eggs. Everything was amazing! I was in love with my sandwich. It was so flavorful and the chicken was so juicy. The side of patatas were crisped to perfection. My Dad enjoyed his Skillet Eggs as well. The service was excellent! Our server was very kind and attentive. Our lunch came to almost $60 including tip, so it was definitely on the pricey side. However, I feel like the quality of the food and the service made it worth it! Also, they have a free parking lot on the corner of Comercio Lane and Costanso Street.

We came here for the DineLA menu and got here around lunchtime on a Saturday (we did make a reservation ahead of time). For the starter and sweet, we picked one of each and for our main entree we got mojo rojo steak sandwich). The starters were both very refreshing! The dressing on the fruit salad is very unique and we loved the combo of fruits in the salad - gives off a summer vibe! The steak sandwich is great overall - the steak is slightly undercooked in our opinion as some pieces are not very chewable but overall great! On to the desserts - both are amazing! Very flavorful but not overly sweet - the churros were made fresh and very crunchy! The overall experience was great! The interior decor has a vintage vibe and service was impeccable! There are also baked goods at the entrance that varies daily. The only reason I took off a star was because it was pricey in our opinion (in terms of the value). There are street parking (metered) nearby!

Came here for a girls brunch and it was the perfect place for it! There's both indoor and outdoor seating. Vibe was relaxed and welcoming. We got: -the moorish chicken sandwich ($20) -cordero burger ($24) Both were so delicious but hats off to the Cordero burger. I never had anything like it. It was so flavorful and moist, definitely recommend. There's a long list of natural wines for all the natural wine lovers and cocktails for a boozy brunch.
